In some developed countries currently experiencing a slower rate of economic growth and competitive advantage in the work for weight loss, this delay results from the world of inflation and shortages of energy and resources, food and capital. This is a result of the difficulties met by public and private enterprises in finding sufficient funds to replace the outmoded technologies with new ones that are environmentally safe, energy efficient and highly competitive. These are just some of the problems facing the city today. A more holistic approach is needed in the implementation of these crises faced by many cities in the world.

To gain competitive advantage on world markets and domestics markets and to achieve continued growth, developed countries need investment in new technologies and expansion or organization and personnel.

As predicted by some social scientists, unless they are defined priorities and strategies for achieving the objectives are established, crises can follow one after the other, partial solutions will prove ineffective and the erosion of the urban environment can not continue.
